Norwood Rectal Polypus Snare is designed for removal of abnormal growths located high in the rectal ampulla or lower pelvic colon. The snare features a bayonet shape with a strong handle designed to permit maximal viewing of the proctoscopic field. A loop of wire is soldered to the distal end of the snare to be placed around the polyp. The wire can be adjusted to the desired size to accommodate a wide range of cases.
